Real life

We took the plane back to the Netherlands on January 1st, a very good idea since it's been snowing here since then, seriously impacting flights and trains. It's been years since we did not have snow, and I am very happy and hope that it will not only last for a few days, but rather that we have a "real winter" for once.

I continued reading La Guerre et la paix, and started Les guerres oubliées in parallel, by my two favourite historians, Alexandre Jubelin and André Loez.

I'm slowly getting back to running, with 18.12 km this week, and an objective to run more than 6 days a week (in average) this year.

I had a good week at GeoGuessr, with 12 wins out of my 20 "counting games" (22 out of 37 overall), which gets me back into the Gold I division \o/

Open source

I submitted a few patches to SourceHut:

Fixed a regression that I introduced just before Christmas with multiline selections in git.sr.ht (I did not catch it in my manual testing because of a cached APK in my sr.ht-container-compose setup :-/). This got me to add tests to cover those cases in sr-ht.integration-testing.
Improved todo.sr.ht's GraphQL API to expose user preferences.

I also communicated the December release of sr.ht-integration-testing, and made a few good improvements:

Added basic tests for paste.sr.ht.
Improved the infrastructure to allow asserting that outbound emails are actually sent.
